How cylinder exchange works.
Follow these steps when ordering a cylinder exchange.
Choose the brand
Choose the brand of the cylinder you are returning.
Match the size
The cylinder you return must be the same size as the cylinder ordered.
Different size?
If your cylinder is a different size, please contact us directly to place your order.

We exchange standard LPG cylinders. Make sure your returned cylinder matches the size you ordered.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Private cylinders are not exchangeable.
The following cylinder brands are considered private and cannot be exchanged:

Note: No fire-damaged cylinders will be accepted.

Keep every exchange safe.
Only return a cylinder that is suitable for exchange. Fire-damaged cylinders will not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your cylinder qualifies, contact GasTime before ordering.
